BW Electronic Services provides customized electronics repair, service, and refurbishment for modern and vintage electronic equipment, as well as engineering services. Please read the terms and conditions below.

General


By accessing or using BW Electronic Services website and its services, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and any additional terms or conditions that may apply.

BW Electronic Services reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of this website and services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for illegal purposes

  • Infringe on the website's copyright and other intellectual property by copying, selling, altering, or transferring any data about the website

  • Violate or breach the website’s security and defense system

Services Provided​

BW Electronic Services offers custom services for electronics, and engineering, starting with free estimates and then execution once service agreements are reached.

Appointment Policy


All services, including engineering service requests, drop-offs, and pick-ups of equipment/materials are executed via email and/or personal phone.  Notify BW Electronic Services if you are unable to keep your appointment.

Payment Terms


BW Electronic Services accepts many forms of payment, cash, credit/debit cards, and online payment methods.
Payment for customized electronics repair, service, and refurbishment is due upon completion of the repair; equipment is held until payments are made upon notification of finished repair.

Payment schedule for engineering services will be negotiated and memorialized and signed, with written agreement.

Guarantees and Liability

​​

BW Electronic Services has full liability insurance pertaining to its services and offers a 90-day warranty on the work performed.

If the same issue arises within the warranty period, it will be repaired at no additional cost. BW Electronic Services is not responsible for damages occurred to equipment unrelated to the focus of the repairs.

 

Performance/test reports and/or proof of repair to specifications may be provided upon request with advance notice.


BW Electronic Services is not responsible for any damage caused to your equipment beyond the scope of the agreed-upon repair, further for any loss of data or information stored on the repaired devices.

If you supply parts,  BW Electronic Services is not held responsible for failures on customer-supplied parts. BW Electronics Services does not discourage parts being supplied to provide the lowest cost and highest quality services, and will work with you on custom needs and repair parts.

Engineering services ​will be negotiated and memorialized and signed, with written agreement.

​​​

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BW Electronic Services, it successors, heirs, assigns, and employees from all claims against same.

​​

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
